When will my pre-order ship?

Your order ships as soon as the first batch lands with us. We'll email you updates along the way, and you'll get a dispatch confirmation with AusPost tracking the moment it's on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your pre-order anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Just contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide from Australia. International delivery typically takes 6–18 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

What size should I get?

Every mask is one size fits all, cut with a stretch comfort fit that suits every head shape.

What is the mask made of?

Lightweight, breathable quick-dry mesh — soft enough for all-day wear, warm enough for the slopes.

Will designs restock?

The first drop is a limited batch with no restock guarantee. If you want a flag we don't carry yet, message us for drop 002.
